All shipments will take approximately 3-5 business days AFTER 1-3 business days fulfillment processing time. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed processing. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Pre Orders are orders that are placed before we actually order the items. This is a service we offer in order to ensure everyone who wants an item can get it. I usually give you an estimated time frame of when pre orders will arrive. We ship out either same day or next day once the item arrives in our hands. If you are a porch pick up on a pre order then we will send you an email when that item is ready for pick up.
During discount sales, there will be no free shipping offered. Also, shipping will increase to a flat rate of $10 for sales that are 50% off or higher.
Due to increase in shipping price for the holidays, Posh has a temporary increase in shipping to $7 in the US. International fees will vary.
Shipping will not be refunded.
If you want to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
Items ordered online and selected porch pick up will be available for pick up. Once the order is ready for pick up you will receive an email that it is ready. Some items may take about 5 days depending on what items are in-house. Please respond via email at email@example.com or message us on facebook to schedule a porch pick up time. Please make sure you have contacted Mel before heading over to pick up your items.
All Porch Pick ups need to be picked up within 72 hours once the pick up notification has been sent. Orders that have not been picked up within two weeks of the pick up notification will be donated and no refund will be given. Return window closes 10 days after pick up notification has been sent NOT when the customer picks up the order.
