RETURN POLICY

All unworn/unaltered merchandise can be exchanged or returned for an online store credit within 20 days from the DATE of purchase. Online orders can not be returned in-store. This policy does not apply to in-store purchases.  Online purchases can not be returned for in-store credit since our store and website are on separate systems.

 

All merchandise must be returned in original condition.  Items returned with make up, bronzer, deodorant or any other stains will not be given an online credit and the items will be shipped back to you.  You are responsible for the shipping of the returned product. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. All returned items MUST have the original receipt.

If you have received a damaged product or wrong product please call us at 248-960-8205 within 2 days of receipt to resolve any issues.

 

All sales are FINAL on DISCOUNT, SALE items & JEWELRY and are not returnable.

 

If an item is returned past the 20 day limit or does not follow our return policy, the items will be shipped back at your own expense and no credit will be given. You will have the option to apply the return shipping cost on your credit card or have it sent back in a future purchase.

We will hold an unacceptable return for 10 days. After 10 days we will not process and the items will be donated.
